CSR & Internal Communications Executive – South London

Exciting mix of CSR and Internal Communications for the right candidate working within the Marketing team of a Financial Services group.
You will be responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility programme development, implementing these strategies across the whole business, whilst generating ideas to engage and inform employees via a range of Internal Communications techniques.
We are looking for somebody creative, with some great ideas, together with the passion and project management skills to roll these out across the business nationally.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and with the support of a great team, your responsibilities will include:
• Promotion of the company’s CSR programme within the business on a daily basis, attending board and committee meetings as a voice for CSR
• Generating ideas and activities to encourage employee involvement (e.g. events)
• Maintaining a list of all community tasks in which the company is involve to provide monthly feedback on successes and activities
• Coordinating all CSR projects undertaken
• Working with environmental agencies to improve the company’s impact on the environment
• Working with the Marketing Manager to maintain and improve internal communications strategy
• Working closely with HR to devise ideas to impact employee engagement throughout the group nationally
• Coordinating marketing activity, corporate hospitality and staff events
Qualifications for the role:
Candidates will have some experience in both CSR and Internal Communications, with a background working in a corporate environment or larger company and busy marketing team. You will be degree educated (or equivalent) with excellent organisational, creative and communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships within the business.
